Angela Rocchio came to
the Kingdom about a year and a half ago and
began a journey that would change her life
forever. Her goals where simple, lose weight and
get healthy.
She enlisted the help of the Mr. America's
Personal Training Staff and after a year of
steady progress, the competition bug hit. Within
the next 6 months Angela would go thru grueling
and exhausting workouts. But her discipline and
beliefs in herself and I.K Staffr would never
allow her to stop.
On September 16, 2000 Angela entered the Miss
America Figure Championships (wow couldn't find
a bigger show?). In her first contest ever she
placed in the top 3! Simply put, awesome!
What does Angela say about it all? THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING!

TO THE CHAMP
Louis Colon started his journey at the
kingdom more than two years ago. Getting great
results, decided to compete in the New York
Armature Grand prix in September of 2000.
So he signed a pact with the Devil! No! Just
kidding, he started training with Butch & Big
Tony to show him intricacies of heavy duty
training. After two months of ground pounding
workouts, Louis went on to place # one in first
bodybuilding contest!
Tony Flores
Big Tony Flores weighed over 450 lbs before
the Kingdom. 1 1/2 years later after being
trained at the Kingdom he weighed in at 250 lbs
!
Awe-inspiring !
Big Tony made a challenge to Butch. Get me in
shape and I will give you a rebuilt, repainted
fully loaded Chevy pick up truck for free!
Challenge accepted, Tony began on a training
regimen that few could follow and even less
would want too. Big Tony became Butch's training
partner (talk about going from the frying pan
into the fire). In the end big Tony lost 200
lbs. Butch got his pickup truck and both got a
friendship that will never end!
