I'd like to welcome you to my online fitness coaching site. The Hitech Trainer online fitness coaching program will allow us to move step by precise step in helping you achieve health, fitness and the shape you may dream of.

This technology together with my 25+ years as a fitness coach and "expert" along with your desire to see results is the correct formula to deliver to you the benefits of a hands on fitness trainer at a fraction of the cost. Based on your Body type, fitness level and personal goals. I will create a plan just for YOU.

You will receive a training program via email complete with exercise demonstration videos, and a printable workout program with detailed instructions and pictures of each movement, start to finish.

You can also obtain an all inclusive 7 day nutritious eating plan , complete with a grocery shopping list. This includes ongoing email support from me, and lots of MY personal diet secrets!
