Mr AMERICA’S KID-FIT BOOT CAMP!

 KidFit Boot Camp

Mr America’s Kid-Fit Boot Camp is a high energy fun-filled exercise boot camp just for kids.

We believe ACTIVE KIDS = HEALTHY AND HAPPY KIDS

We strive to increase the overall health and fitness level of children in a fun, safe, positive and motivating environment by utilizing obstacle courses, fitness games, partner activities, body weight exercises, resistance bands, circuits and more.

 These boot camps are designed to:

  • get the heart pumping and stimulate metabolism
  • improve agility, coordination and endurance.
  • help develop confidence, leadership, teamwork skills and sense of community

We feel that fun in fitness comes from improving oneself with every challenge and to work together as a team to accomplish a common goal.

Having fun is found in the friendships made and physical challenges overcome.

Every child is encouraged to work at their own fitness level while being motivated to push themselves to new fitness levels.

Who is Mr America’s Kid-Fit Boot Camp for? If your child(ren):

  • needs to be more active;
  • needs to improve overall fitness level for another sport he or she may participate in;
  • needs to lose weight;
  • watches too much TV and/or growing into a professional video game player;
  • has a challenge with coordination;
  • is just looking to have fun and make new friends!

  What’s In It For The Kids:

  • it establishes a healthy lifestyle for them
  • shows them exercise can be FUN
  • they can lose weight and feel good about themselves
  • their confidence will increase
  • they will do better in school
  • it will change their life!

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays

What Time: 4:30 pm

How Long: 30 minute sessions

What ages: 7 – 12 only

How Much: $97 month-to-month
